How can you put 400 styles of kung fu in one bag and compare that to anything it predominantly comes down to an individuals weight, strength, flexibility, tenacity, endurance ,stamina fitness, knowledge and experience and other styles have the same. In all of these an individual normally from a poor background can shine above the others . This doesn't mean its the best but it does mean it has good potential.

I think that a man can and should also hit a woman, but ONLY IF THIS WOMAN ATTACKS HIM FIRST AND SHE ATTACKS HIM FOR REASONS THAT ARE NOT JUSTIFIABLE. But, however, a man should NEVER hit a woman "in the same way" as he would hit a man. This is cowardice. The man must use moderate force and only with the aim of preventing the woman from attacking.

I'm late stumbling onto this video. Yet I'm still adding my opinion: At 251 and 260 lbs, the fight wouldn't likely last more than two rounds. If either of the fighters are remotely athletic the fight ends in a knockout. I'm not sure which is in better cardio shape, but I don't think it matters. The video says the rock used to get into fights before he found football, he has a longer reach, and he brings Polynesian strength. Cena seems friendlier, and carries a smaller chip on his shoulder. Verdict- The Rock should win.

You hit the nail on the head. Combat sports are different than true combat. In sport you hope to make your opponent surrender. In combat you hope to make the man trying to kill you die. Money and trophies are no match for defeating someone who wishes to kill you and living to fight another day. MMA is a sport, Wing kung is lethal combat. Though similar, the two are not compatible. I never fight for fun or sport, therefore, wing kung is my favored martial art.
